To the street a completely blank façade, to the rear a modernist façade connecting with terraced gardens creating a striking statement in a flat suburban setting.

The site has been landscaped to accommodate the basement level, with a route to the carpark carved out leading onto the terraced gardens. The main rectilinear volume of the house cantilevers over this landscape.

The ground floor has a double height entrance leading to the open living spaces and garden. The top floor is a mirrored box that houses the master suite with a terrace overlooking the garden.
