Found worked with Grainger plc on a programme to extend and refurbish eight Grade II listed residential properties in Ovington Street, Chelsea.

The programme saw the refurbishment and extension of Grade II listed freehold properties within the Chelsea Conservation Area of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Ovington Street properties were bought as part of the larger Chelsea Portfolio of 61 freehold houses acquired by Grainger plc in 2014 from Property Investments (Chelsea) Limited for £160m.

Found have worked with Grainger plc to maximise floor space and bring in natural light at every opportunity. Listed period details such as doors, cornices, skirting and other mouldings are to be refurbished, or reinstated where they have been removed, in order to return the properties to their original state. New finishes, such as parquet timber flooring, have been chosen to compliment the period details.
