Found worked closely with the founder of Needle & Thread, Hannah Coffin, to create the brand’s first flagship store on London’s iconic King’s Road in Chelsea. The overall feel of the store reflects the intricate detailing and artistry that defines Needle & Thread, brought to life through ornate cornices, decorative ceiling roses, panelling details and bespoke-designed hanging rails. Softly layered interiors and carefully crafted moments of discovery create an immersive retail environment that translates the romance and femininity of the brand into a physical space.

Conceived as more than a traditional fashion boutique, the flagship offers customers an elevated and intimate shopping experience, with dedicated areas for bridal, occasionwear, ready-to-wear and childrenswear. The design balances the elegance of an English townhouse with the practicality of a contemporary retail environment, allowing the collections to take centre stage while celebrating the craftsmanship behind each piece. Every detail was carefully considered to evoke a sense of modern fairytale glamour, reflecting the hand-finished embellishments, delicate textures and timeless silhouettes for which the brand is renowned.

Founded in 2013 by Hannah Coffin, Needle & Thread has become internationally recognised for its feminine, embellished ready-to-wear collections inspired by English gardens, vintage textiles and couture detailing. Stocked by luxury retailers worldwide, the brand is committed to responsible design and has made significant progress in its sustainability journey, with the majority of its collections now crafted using responsibly sourced materials.
