Anyone who cares about architecture and design is a potential client of Domus Nova, and the offices created for them by Found Associates was conceived as an innovative, homely and inviting space which articulates its distinct and personalised approach to estate agency.
The building is comprised of a ground floor and basement level, which offers the use of vault spaces under the pavements. Rather than being confronted by salespeople immediately on their arrival, visitors to Domus Nova are instead welcomed by a comfortable reception area, which emphasises hospitality rather then salesmanship. The agents all work from the basement, where a considered, non-aggressive style of estate agency is practiced. Straightforward, innovative and of outstanding quality – Domus Nova’s approach to client service has now been perfectly realised in the environment that has been created.
