Found designed a flexible sequence of light open spaces, in opaque and semitransparent white glass, that gravitate around the buildings central core. These glass panels form working walls that can be written and presented on and conceal many of the functional elements of the office such as smaller meeting rooms and storage areas.

SapientNitro’s teams are positioned around seamless white tables which can be designated as departments, creative teams or project teams and allow people to move from table to table depending on the current workload.

The heart of the 3rd floor is a state-of-the-art multimedia presentation suite designed to have a dark and moody theatrical quality. It has been developed to provide a full immersion space for client presentations with multiple screens providing endless presentation options.

The room is entered through wide heavy curtains, which can be drawn back to allow for larger presentations to the main office area. The existing lay-in ceiling has been removed giving the room greater height and exposing the concrete slab and services rig. Retractable projection screens descend from the void with the rig allowing flexible positioning of projection devices, including 3D technology. Wall linings are a dark acoustic cork framing the projection on additional fixed surfaces.

The ‘inside-out’ Library contains all the creative reference items including presentations, books and awards. It consists of two meetings rooms surrounded by a core of oak bookshelves. The internal meeting rooms have oak clad walls and ceilings, creating a luxurious, private space intentionally contrasting with the open plan office surrounding it.
