The 9,500 square metre site was transformed into a modern, green office environment with a capacity for over 950 staff. Awarded a BREEM ‘excellent’ rating, it is now home to the TalkTalk Group businesses. Each floor has been colour coded in the brand colours and the exterior of the building is illuminated similarly, in the group colour, making it a new landmark in London.
TalkTalk Concept Store Soho, London
Following the successful completion of their head offices, the company required a high street presence showcasing the company’s services and products. The space is enlivened with dramatic use of lighting and audio visual displays and can be transformed to host events and performances. The first floor is a members lounge and the upper floors are home to new media and technology companies.
