    Found Associates is looking for a Part 3 architect Found Associates is looking for a Part 3 architect to join its office to work on exciting high-end luxury residential projects in London. The candidate must have at least three years post Part 3 architect experience and have in-depth knowledge of projects from start to finish. The following criteria are non negotiable: • RIBA Part 3 or ARB registered project architect, with three years UK based experience post qualification • must have excellent client facing skills must have a minimum of three years post Part 3 UK experience • must have experience running high-end residential (single occupancy) projects • must be UK projects that the applicant has seen through from initial client contact to completion experience in single occupancy homes over one million • must have experience in all work stages; be motivated and enthusiastic with good design technical skills • must have excellent spoken English and communication skills • must be proficient in Vectorworks info@foundassociates.com

    Delighted to finally get planning approval for thi Delighted to finally get planning approval for this extension in Harpenden. It’s been a long process involving two applications but we are so please that we are now able to move forward with the owners to reconfigure and extended this locally listed property that falls within a conservation area. Extensions that weren’t in keeping with the style of the property have been added over the years and these have made it difficult to read the original building. Our approach is to remove several of the existing extensions and remodel one to allow the introduction of a contemporary full width rear extension that enhances the existing building.     Just in the process of reviewing photographs for a Just in the process of reviewing photographs for award entries and love this one from 17 Portland Place, the combination of traditional detail and contemporary fittings epitomises our approach to the project. 📸 @gg_archard . Found Associates provided architectural and interior design services for the recently completed major refurbishment, alteration and upgrade of 17 Portland Place. This created high specification serviced offices in Marylebone, at the heart of the Harley Street conservation area. Duchess Investment Holdings Ltd, a joint venture between Investec and Argo Real Estate clients, acquired the Grade II* listed building in 2016. Originally designed by the Adam Brothers, it now offers 13,000sqft of serviced office space with a wealth of communal areas including a café/bar, a lounge, meeting rooms, kitchens and an external courtyard garden. The listed building’s historic character has been carefully restored through sympathetic refurbishment, with new materials, lighting and furniture being carefully chosen to elevate and enhance the existing architecture.
